Module 1 What Team Nigeria is about (mission, standards, identity) INCOMPLETE

Team Nigeria is the national high-performance programme under NAFA. Selection and retention require performance, availability, discipline, and conduct.

  • Professionalism: you represent Nigeria, NAFA, teammates, coaches, and partners.
  • Safety & welfare: safeguarding and duty of care are non-negotiable.
  • Integrity: no intimidation, manipulation, dishonesty, or corruption.
  • Evidence-based selection: attendance, performance, film, fitness, and conduct data points.
  • Accountability: strike system applies equally to all players.
Mindset: talent without discipline does not build a national team.
Module 2 Chain of command, approvals, and rule variations INCOMPLETE

Authority exists to protect fairness.

  • Steering Committee: only authority for written approval of rule variations/exemptions and final disciplinary sign-off.
  • Head Coaches: enforcement, documentation, evaluations, incident reporting.
  • Ops/Team Management: travel rules, logistics, roster status.

Severity-based: some conduct can trigger two strikes or dismissal depending on harm/risk.
Module 4 Off-field representation: conduct & social media INCOMPLETE
  • No posts/actions that bring NAFA/Team Nigeria/partners/Nigeria into disrepute.
  • No leaks of internal tactics, selection matters, disputes, or security/logistics details.
  • Respect service workers and the public; abuse/assault is serious misconduct.
Rule: if you wouldn’t say it on national TV in your jersey, don’t post it.
Module 5 Safeguarding, harassment, abuse, retaliation INCOMPLETE
